1.ENDOSCOPY SERVICE
Colonoscopy
This is a test to diagnose bowel cancer and to detect and remove polyps (precursors of bowel cancer). It can also be helpful in diagnosing the cause of abdominal pain, bleeding, or chronic diarrhoea.
It involves inserting a small flexible fibre optic camera into the anus to examine the inside of the large bowel. For comfort it is done under sedation.
Gastroscopy
This is a test to diagnose stomach cancers and ulcers of the upper digestive tract. It is also helpful in determining the cause of pain in the chest, abdomen, and to confirm coeliac disease.
It involves examining the inside of the oesophagus (the gullet), stomach and part of the small intestine by inserting a small flexible fibre optic camera inito the mouth and into the digestive tract. For comfort it is done under sedation.

2.GENERAL ADULT & CHILDRENS HEALTH
Skin cancer checks, family planning, Menopause treatment, Pap smears, pregnancy tests, shared antenatal care, newborn assessment, ECG, heart check, vaccinations (children & travel), minor surgery, stitching up cuts, removal of moles & sunspots, liquid nitrogen freezing therapy for sun spots & warts, fitness assessment on joining the gym, hospital care at Milton Hospital etc.

3.PREVENTATIVE HEALTH
Chronic Disease Management for patients with chronic medical conditions who need more attention. This is done yearly and reviewed every three months.
Health Assessments for patients over the age of 75. This is done yearly.
Dietician and Podiatrist Reviews for patients with diabetes. The services are provided here on a regular basis.
Top to Toe Health Assessments for people in the age group between 45-49. Please speak to the receptionist about this if you would like more information.
